            4、乙方必須依法經營,租賃期內必須遵守中華人民共和國的各項法律法規(guī)。在該土地內所產生的任何稅費(包括國家或地方政府征收的土地使用稅及房產稅等)由乙方負責支付。同時,乙方應嚴格按照政府有關管理要求做好安全、環(huán)保、消防、防噪音等工作,因工作措施不到位而產生責任事故的,該事故責任及經濟損失(包括第三方的經濟責任)由乙方負責,與甲方無關。
